Bookkeeper/Accountant Position Available In Hillsborough, New Hampshire

Bookkeeper/Accountant Asher Construction, LLC 77 Nashua Road, Sharon, NH 03458 “`

Duties:

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for the organization
• Weekly payroll, AP, and AR and management of cash flow
• Perform general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Process journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Utilize accounting software to input and track financial transactions
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices as well as cost accounting
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks or similar programs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliations
• Familiarity with journal entries and financial statement preparation
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
