What You’ll Do:

???? Own cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
???? Support financial reporting and analyze manufacturing costs to drive efficiency.
???? Partner with operations, finance, and leadership teams to provide key insights and rmendations.
???? Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Who You Are:

?? 3+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing (medical device preferred, but open to all industries).
?? Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and financial analysis.
?? Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.
?? A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
