$75,000 – $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prepare, review, and interpret monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform detailed reconciliations of general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity. Oversee day-to-day operations of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Contribute to the efficient execution of month-end and year-end close processes. Record and validate journal entries, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date financial documentation. Assist in the preparation and timely submission of sales and use tax filings. Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering documentation and addressing inquiries. Analyze financial performance and deliver meaningful variance analyses to support decision-making. Collaborate in the development, monitoring, and reporting of budgets. Establish, refine, and enforce accounting procedures and internal control policies. Lead, mentor, and support junior accounting team members to foster professional growth. Remain informed on evolving accounting standards, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Skills
