TheOpportunity:
We’re searching for a Cost Accountant with experiencein manufacturing and cost accounting within a multi-entityenvironment . You’ll serve as the key liaison between Finance andOperations, working closely with the CFO (based in NY), theController, and various operational leaders
- especially during therollout of our new Infor ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Own thecost accounting function. Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs
- labor, materials, overhead
- and build/refine the cost accountingsystem.
Perform monthly inventory valuation and reconcile inventoryaccounts. Partner with Operations to drive process improvements,optimize ERP implementation, and identify cost-savingopportunities. Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysesbetween actual and standard costs.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in manufacturing cost accounting within a multi-entitycompany. A collaborative spirit with the ability to partnercross-functionally. Tech-savviness to support ERP implementationand ongoing improvements.
Compensation:
Up to $130,000 base salary,plus a robust benefits package.
