This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in property accounting who’s ready to join a stable, supportive team in a hybrid environment.

What You’ll Do:

Handle monthly close, journal entries, and general ledger work Prepare financial reports and support quarterly reviews Assist with CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations Reconcile bank statements and support audits Review leases and process tenant billing Help with budgeting and ad hoc accounting tasks Ensure accurate and compliant financial records

What We’re Looking For:
