Job DetailsResponsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Accountant, you will play apivotal role in our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy,timeliness, and relevance of our financial data.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and analyzing monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.2. Overseeing the annual budgeting process, developingcomprehensive budgets, and monitoring performance against thesebudgets. 3. Conducting detailed financial forecasting to guide ourbusiness decisions, identifying potential risks and opportunities.4. Coordinating with internal and external auditors, providingnecessary information and facilitating audits. 5. Ensuringcompliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulationsand tax filings. 6. Implementing and maintaining internal financialcontrols and procedures. 7. Participating in special projects andperforming ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’sdegree or CPA certification is highly desirable. 2. A minimum of 5years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a seniorrole. 3. Proficiency in financial reporting, annual budgeting, andforecasting. 4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accountingprinciples, practices, and procedures. 5. Excellent analyticalskills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data andprepare financial reports, statements, and projections. 6.Proficiency in using advanced financial software and MS OfficeSuite, particularly Excel. 7. Strong organizational skills, withthe ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines. 8. Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complexfinancial information to non-financial stakeholders. Interested inhearing more?
