We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Accounting and Reporting to lead financial reporting and accounting operations in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements and regulatory reporting, while maintaining compliance with

US GAAP, SEC

regulations, and industry-specific standards. Responsibilities Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Lead the inventory, expense accrual, lease accounting and other general accounting areas. Ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of account reconciliations. Lead the Company’s financial consolidation process Assist with internal management reporting & analysis Assist with the preparation of the Form 10K/Q Lead the Chart of Accounts process Ensure compliance with SOX controls and support internal control enhancement initiatives. Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes and interim reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Legal, Supply Chain and R D teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting matters. Assist with Accounting process improvements and other ad-hoc initiatives Monitor new accounting pronouncements and assess potential impacts on the business. Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of public accounting background and/or with a mix of publicly traded company experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required Ability to lead and influence a team Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant accounting standards Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration Ability to coach and develop others Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Workiva is a plus

Location:

Hybrid schedule, 3-4 days onsite/1-2 days remote. This position is based at our headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with occasional travel as needed.

Salary Range:
