As a Tax Senior, you will play a critical role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for various entities while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize their tax strategies. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns for partnerships, C-Corps, S-Corps, and individuals.
Manage and supervise the preparation of 1120, 1065, 1040, and 990 forms.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff on tax-related matters.
Consult with clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize compliance.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and effective tax advice.
Assist in resolving tax issues and inquiries from clients and tax authorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Active CPA license is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of partnership tax, C-Corp, S-Corp, and individual tax returns.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
