Duties:

Generating, updating, andmaintaining reports on expenditure, and financial transactions.

Keeping a record of project expenses, contracts, and otheraccounting data. Reviewing and granting funds for various projects.

Understanding the project requirements and creating budgets andfinancial reports. Analyzing and approving vendor invoices andcontracts. Overseeing the transfer of funds to various vendors andsuppliers. Overseeing the implementation of project terms.

Assisting in creating project-related documents and bills. Closingcompleted project accounts. Conducting project budget forecasting.

Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the financialsector.

Skills:

Experience in the accounting field as a CapitalProject Accountant. Construction experience is preferred. Completeknowledge of accounting software, laws, and regulations. Good timemanagement and organizational skills. Ability to work underpressure. Good communication skills. Detail-oriented and highlymotivated individual.

Education:

College degree or professionalcertificate in accounting/ Finance, or an equivalent subject.
