You’ll work closely with founders and finance teams across Europe and the U.S., providing practical advice and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file U.S. tax returns and regulatory filings Deliver cross-border tax planning and projections Guide clients through U.S. entity formation and elections Support Transfer Pricing Agreement preparation Liaise with foreign accountants, affiliates, and auditors Improve internal processes and support new business generation

What You Bring:
