DayResponsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accountingfunctions, working closely with offshore accounting support teamHeavy focus on account reconciliations between PMS, Cash Postings,Bank Statements, and Sage Intacct Collaborate with finance team toprepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financialreports. Analyze financial data and present financial reports in anaccurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly,and annual financial statements. Monitor and analyze accountingdata and produce financial reports or statements. Ensure compliancewith all internal processes. Oversee regulatory reporting,frequently including tax planning and compliance. Support thebudgeting and forecasting activities. Coordinate or communicatewith regulatory authorities for financial audits. Streamlineaccounting functions and operations. Develop plans for financialgrowth. Evaluate and manage risk. Ensure compliance with the law.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,or related field. 5 years of experience in accounting MSO / DSOIndustry experience Private Equity Backed businesses experience ERPsystem knowledge Strong knowledge US GAAP Account reconciliationsexpertise
