Our firm is a leader in the music andentertainment industry, and we are looking for a Tax Accountant tojoin our dynamic team. This is not your typical CPA role – you willbe immersed in the thrilling world of music and entertainment,working with high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities:

As a CPA in our firm, you will be expected to: 1.Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financialstatements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy,completeness, and conformance to reporting and proceduralstandards. 2. Prepare individual, business, and partnership taxreturns (1040, 1120, 1120s) ensuring compliance with payment,reporting, or other tax requirements. 3. Use ProsystemFX or similarsoftware for tax preparation and planning. 4. Analyze businessoperations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, andobligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provideadvice. 5. Report to management about asset utilization and auditresults, and recommend changes in operations and financialactivities. 6. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries toproper accounts. 7. Develop, implement, modify, and documentrecordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of currentcomputer technology. 8. Handle multi-state tax filings and navigatethe complexities involved. 9. Provide guidance and support tohigh-net-worth individuals with their financial management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have: 1. Avalid CPA license, or in process of CPA with parts passed orscheduled. 2. 5 years of experience in accounting or a relatedfield. 3. Proven experience with 1040, 1120, 1120s tax forms. 4.Experience in preparing individual, business, and partnership taxreturns. 5. Proficiency in ProsystemFX or similar tax software. 6.Experience with multi-state tax filings. 7. Experience in workingwith high-net-worth individuals. 8. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. 9. Strong communication and interpersonalskills. 10. A passion for music and entertainment.
