We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This is a fully remote position, with the flexibility to work from our NJ-based office if needed. Responsibilities :

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in our financial operations, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Conducting reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.
• Maintaining and balancing the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
• Performing all activities related to the accounts payable function, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
• Managing accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Other financial duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type:

$65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
