Associate Director of Accounting Position Available In Albany, New York

Your new role Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate audits and tax filings. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Lead and mentor the accounting team. What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a must. Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations. Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus.
