Minimum Requirements:

• 2 yrs Bookkeeping experience
• Understand and implement A/R and A/P processes
• Customer Service experience Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience using QuickBooks and Excel or other accounting software
• Associate’s degree in accounting

Job Duties:

• Develop monthly financial statements
• Month-end close process
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Pay suppliers and invoice customers
• Coordinate bank deposits and report monthly financial results
• Pay vendors and subcontractors
• Reconcile credit cards
• Properly record payroll and benefits using online platform
• Interact with Vendor and customers via the phone, online and in person
