Accountant Position Available In Chemung, New York

Accountant Air-Flo Manufacturing Co., Inc. 365 Upper Oakwood Avenue, Elmira Heights, NY 14903 Air-Flo Mfg. Co. Inc. a leading truck equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. This position will assist the controller with ensuring the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions with a focus on costing accuracy. An ideal candidate will coordinate with appropriate staff to resolve issues to support the prompt processing of accounts payable and the proper recording of costs. The candidate will work with the engineering department to maintain accurate product structures. Additionally, this position will train in accounts receivable to cover during absences. This position requires an Associates degree in accounting or relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing firm. Intermediate Excel skills preferred. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience.
