Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and document the effectiveness of internal controls and operating procedures. Monitor internal controls over financial reporting to support compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Collaborate on special projects and provide consultative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. A working knowledge of accounting/auditing practices, principles and procedures is required.
