This role is ideal for someone eager to build their career in accounting while contributing to essential financial operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Process and enter invoices into the accounting system with attention to detail. Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data efficiently. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining organized financial documentation. Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks and operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and update accounting records to reflect accurate and current data. Address inquiries related to financial transactions and provide assistance as needed. Contribute to improving accounting processes to enhance overall efficiency. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members. Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting tools and systems. Previous experience with account reconciliation and invoice processing is a plus.
