Associate Responsibilities Bank Reconciliations:

Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts across all seven companies, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Journal Entries:

Prepare, review, and post a high volume of complex journal entries, ensuring proper allocation and accurate classification of transactions across all entities. This includes accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and intercompany eliminations.

Month-End Close Procedures:

Lead and execute the comprehensive month-end close process for all seven entities, adhering to strict deadlines.
