9:00-5:30 (1hr lunch) 3 days/week onsite + Salary range: $32-$40/hr Responsibilities + Handle all A/P and A/R + Invoicing and posting + Generate QuickBooks reports + Bank reconciliations + File taxes + Coordinate with outside accounting firm Requirements + QuickBooks Desktop expertise + Strong Excel and MS Office skills + Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations + BS degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred •Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
