Job Summary Accountant (Junior or Senior Level) Remote | $70K-$110K + Bonus | SaaS A fast-growing healthcare software company is seeking an Accountant to join its lean, high-impact finance team. We’re open to junior candidates ready to grow or senior-level accountants who can contribute immediately. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll assistance, reconciliations) Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close Maintain schedules (prepaids, deferred rent, fixed assets, etc.) Support audits, tax filings, and compliance processes Help streamline accounting systems (transitioning from QuickBooks) Qualifications Bachelor’s in

Accounting or Finance Junior:

1-2 years of public or corporate accounting; solid GAAP understanding

Senior:
