THE POSITION
We are seeking a full-time qualified Senior Accountant to strengthen our accounting, finance, and compliance function that supports our 43 offices around the world. You will help determine how Endeavor Global, which operates akin to a headquarters, works with our affiliate offices with regard to audit, accounting, tax and compliance. You will own key elements of Endeavor Global’s month end processes and will collaborate closely with affiliate offices worldwide to collect and analyze their financial data. As an international and agile company, we know that no two days will be the same. That said, the Senior Accountant will work primarily on the following responsibilities. Own key month-end closing process and support the annual audit (30%): For your assigned areas, you will take ownership over the accounting, the underlying policies and processes, and be an excellent communicator on US GAAP or IFRS impact to colleagues with no finance or accounting background. Improve financial processes (~25%): You will coordinate with experts (legal, tax, audit) and leverage technology (e.g., AI platforms) to adapt and improve our current policies and processes, and embed a sound and practical compliance framework that supports Endeavor’s international and domestic activities. Analyze data-informed financials (~20%): Leveraging our current tech stack, you will lead the efforts on collecting, visualizing, and analyzing the financial data from our 43 markets. This will require collaborating closely with our Managing Directors of our affiliate offices and our Data platform team to develop a savvy understanding of what data they need to make good financial decisions. Other responsibilities (~25%): Given the size of the team, there are opportunities to contribute across other finance team initiatives, including reporting with Endeavor’s venture arm, Endeavor Catalyst, or leading process enhancement and automation projects.
