Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on cost variances between actual and standardcosts Conduct monthly and quarterly financial statement varianceanalysis Work closely with plant management to develop and maintainstandard cost systems Ensure accurate and timely inventoryaccounting and reconciliation Develop and maintain product costestimates Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Identifyand implement cost-saving initiatives Provide guidance and supportto junior cost accountants

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inaccounting, finance, or related field 2 years of experience in costaccounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experiencewith financial statement variance analysis Knowledge of plantaccounting and inventory accounting Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of ateam Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems CPA or CMAcertification preferred Interested in hearing more?
