Greatleadership Job Details Responsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant, youwill: 1. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R,A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and RevenueRecognition. 2. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budgetand financial forecasts, reporting any variances. 3. Prepare andpublish timely monthly financial statements. 4. Support month-endand year-end close process. 5. Ensure quality control overfinancial transactions and financial reporting. 6. Manage andcomply with local, state, and federal government reportingrequirements and tax filings. 7. Develop and document businessprocesses and accounting policies to maintain and strengtheninternal controls. 8. Work closely with other departments toprovide financial insights and recommendations. 9. Utilize advancedExcel skills to analyze data and produce relevant financialreports. 10. Understand and manage commissions and compensationplans.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you willneed: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountantor similar role within the automotive industry. 2. Strong knowledgeof aftermarket products. 3. Proficiency in A/R, Year End Close, andAP. 4. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to createcomplex formulas, pivot tables, and macros. 5. Solid experience inforecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. 6. Familiarity withfinancial regulations and accounting principles. 7. Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. 9. The ability to workindependently and as part of a team. 10. A degree in Accounting,Finance, or a related field.
