Qualifications you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
2-3 years of experience in accounting
Hybrid, 8 daysweek Schenectady N.Y.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your key responsibilities:
Responsible for creating journal entries via interpreting business data and translating to accounting ledger dimensions
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
Perform reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Collaborate with accounting team to provide innovative approaches for continued improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
