Salary:

$80,000 – $95,000 per year A bit about us: TheSenior Revenue Accountant’s primary responsibility will be thepreparation of government contract reimbursements, and the completefinancial reporting and budgeting for these contracts. Why join us?

Prepare andanalyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements andreports. Develop and maintain annual budget and quarterlyforecasts. Manage government contracts, ensuring compliance withall financial requirements and regulations. Oversee the grantmanagement process, including application, financial reporting, andreimbursement. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and other generalledger activities. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules andprovide support to auditors. Maintain an accurate and completetrail of supporting documentation for all financial and bookkeepingactivities. Work closely with internal departments to ensurefinancial transactions are accurately recorded. Utilize HHSAccelerator and Grants Gateway for grant management and reporting.

Continuously improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiencyand effectiveness of financial reporting, budgeting, and control.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, orrelated field. A CPA certification is highly preferred. 3 years ofaccounting experience, preferably within a non-profit. Proficientin financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience withgovernment contracts and federal and state grants. Knowledge ofgrant reimbursement procedures. Proficient in making journalentries and accruals. Familiarity with HHS Accelerator and GrantsGateway. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability tomanage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High level of integrityand dependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.
