We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Reporting Associate to join our team to support ton Investments. This role is located in our office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a hybrid working role. In this role, you will be responsible for: Serve as a member of the US BNY Investments Client Reporting team by supporting business processes, client onboarding, client reporting set-up and the client reporting issue management/resolution process.
Provide client with contractual reporting needs, including running reports, reviewing data quality and coordinating across the firm for report delivery.
Act as key resource for addressing business issues, processes issues and assist with resolution opportunities through technology and business partners; help identify areas for improvement.
Work with your manager and business partners to understand client reporting details, objectives and report timelines; complete tasks with minimal guidance, managing the complete reporting lifecycle of assigned deliverables.
Manage situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response in a fast-paced environment.
Possess resourceful skillset in the form of problem solving and trouble shooting. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5+ years of total work experience preferred with focus in institutional asset management.
Prior experience working on CIT products a plus, but not required.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills strongly preferred (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Prior experience with Python, SQL coding languages, or AI machine learning a plus, as well as a commitment to develop these type of skill sets.
Strong attention to detail, independent problem solving, technological acumen, ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and ability to communicate effectively.
