WhatYou’ll Do:

Research and interpret complex accounting issues inaccordance with

U.S. GAAP

Draft and maintain technical accountingmemos and documentation Support the implementation of newaccounting standards (e.g., ASC 842, ASC 606) Assist with internalcontrols, SOX compliance, and process enhancements Partner withteams across finance, legal, and operations on transactions andaudits Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors

WhatYou Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required oractively pursuing) 4 years of audit experience in public accounting(Big 4 or large regional firm preferred) Strong technicalaccounting knowledge with a passion for research and documentationExperience with SEC reporting or working with public clients is aplus Excellent communication skills and a proactive,detail-oriented mindset
