Staff Accountant Position Available In Bucks, Pennsylvania

Currently, we are seeking staff accountants in the Bucks County, PA area to help assist our clients. As part of Robert Half’s loaned staff team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with various accounting tasks, including:

• Transactional accounting (AP/AR)
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Journal entries and month-end close
• Prepare and review G/L codes
• Assist with process improvement for all areas of the accounting cycle Requirements
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Ability to prepare journal entries and perform month-end close activities.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
