Administration Reports to: VP of Finance Position Overview Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in accounting support? We’re looking for a Full-Time Operations Accountant to join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, has strong organizational skills, and has a desire to advance their career. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is a great opportunity for professionals seeking work-life harmony and looking to grow within an accounting role. Key Responsibilities Support the VP of Finance with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
Obtain approvals for vendor bills and accurately code into financial software
Handle payment processing / check run
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and respond to inquiries regarding payments and account status
Support accounts receivable function, including preparation of invoices and customer statements
Assist with monthly and year-end financial closings
Assist with supporting documentation for audit/financial review as needed
Perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as needed to support the finance team
Provide general support and collaborate with other functional groups to align financial and operational objectives Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related field (Internship experience considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles and systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and oral communication skills
Comfortable learning new systems and working independently and as part of a team
Reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required. Benefits Highly competitive salary based on experience.
