Pay Breakdown:

$8 per Photo per Subject Property, 3 photos for basic compensation, but approximately 4-6 photos total. Photos 4-6 are optional. There are a total of 8 subject Properties. Potentially Earning you approximately $192.

If you CANNOT locate the correct property based off of the resources provided to you, unfortunately those will not be compensated. •Compensation is subject to change as per property, based upon which location has already been covered. I will to the Craigslist Post with those specific updates. •Compensation is based on a First Come, First Serve Basis, So whomever sends the best quality photos, with corresponding correct Addresses. Gets paid for the property.

Email Instructions:

1 email sent for each individual address and subject property. So I should receive a total of 8 emails. Parcel ID# – In Subject Line Address -Will be listed FIRST in body of the email, and right below that you will attach all 4-6 Large and clear Photos. General Address Locations for each subject property.

But if your judgement determines that the subject property is EMPTY, you are legally ALLOWED to approach the property as these properties are government owned by the County! Otherwise most of the photos should be taken at a safe but CLOSE proximity to the property. Preferably the street in front of the property. 2.

ALL COMMUNICATION

needs to be prompt and clear, you need to be actively available during this process, if you don’t respond in a timely manner, the gig WILL be given to someone else and you will not be compensated if you show up without communicating with me. 3.

Photo Instructions:

1. I need 3,4, potentially 5 or 6, good photos of 8 Properties in Fayette County, PA all in similar/different Townships. All photos will need to be sent to the given Email with Parcel ID As the Subject Line, and the address in Body of email, with all attached

QUALITY PHOTOS.

That means photos need to be taken during the Daytime, not blurry and unfocused! If you want to be paid, the photos need to be Clear, Large in size, and all instructions accurately followed. 2.
