Salary:

Job Details Principal responsibilities: 1) Accounting anddisclosure for the Company’s global share-based and cash-basedincentive programs and working with Human Resources on theimplementation and/or changes to the Company’s plans. 2) Assistingwith the preparation, review and issuance of consolidated financialstatements and investor filings in accordance with US GAAP byrequired deadlines: Annual 10-K report to shareholders and the SECQuarterly Press Release Quarterly 10-Q report Annual ProxyStatement 3) Providing support to our local accounting teams aroundthe globe to complete statutory financial statements 4)Participating in the implementation of new accounting anddisclosure standards 5) Summarizing emerging GAAP and assistingwith preparation of comments letters to the FASB and SEC onexposure drafts and discussion papers 6) Leading or participatingin special projects as necessary Qualifications include: 3-5 yearspublic accounting experience Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPApreferred Strong US GAAP accounting theory, research andapplication skills Outstanding verbal and written communicationskills including the ability to work effectively with managementand external auditors Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent people skills Interested in hearing more?
