$75,000- $105,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a seasoned SECReporting Analyst for a permanent, hybrid position in ourAccounting and Finance department. This role will be pivotal inensuring accuracy and compliance in our financial reporting to theU.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). You will be a keyplayer in our team, responsible for preparing and filing documentssuch as 10Q, 10K, and other required SEC reports. This positionoffers a unique blend of work-from-home flexibility and in-officecollaboration, providing an optimal work-life balance. We are apublicly traded company – some things we really like are: CPA, SECreporting, Technical accounting. This experience can come straightfrom public accounting, or from an industry role. This role is onlyonsite 2-3 days a week and always at home on Mondays and Fridays(and sometimes more). We are open to hiring for this role inAllentown, PA, Louisville, KY, and/or Providence, RI. Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Prepare and file quarterly and annual reports(10-Q, 10-K) with the SEC, including drafting and reviewingfinancial statements, footnotes, and Management’s Discussion andAnalysis. Assist with the monthly consolidation process andpreparation of consolidated financial statements and footnotes.

Conduct technical accounting research on various topics to ensurecompliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annualinternal financial reports. Collaborate with internal and externalauditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations duringaudits and reviews. Stay abreast of new SEC and GAAP reportingrequirements and update the reporting process as necessary. Assistin special projects as needed, such as process improvements, systemimplementations, and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. CPA orMBA is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SECreporting or public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm.

Proficient knowledge of

U.S. GAAP, SEC

regulations, and financialreporting requirements. Experience with financial consolidationsand preparing 10Q, 10K, and other SEC filings. Strong Excel skillsand experience with financial reporting software. Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectivelycommunicate complex financial information to non-financialstakeholders. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy andability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifyingand resolving issues.
