A global manufacturing company with a U.S. office in Doylestown,PA is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join their small butdynamic finance team. In this role,you’ll handle day-to-day accounting responsibilities while alsosupporting cost and inventory tracking for a specialized productline that includes machinery, service work, and spare parts. You’llcollaborate closely with technical, service, and logistics teams toensure financial accuracy across operations.

What You’ll Do:

Ownkey accounting functions:

journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR,and monthly close ? Maintain accurate inventory and cost recordsfor spare parts and project-based equipment ? Process vendorinvoices and manage customer payments ? Assist with internalreporting and budget tracking ? Contribute to process improvementsand support audit/tax activities ? Work cross-functionally toensure financial data reflects operational reality

What We’reLooking For:

? 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally inmanufacturing or industrial environments ? Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field ? Experience with costaccounting and inventory tracking strongly preferred ? Familiaritywith ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you like findinganswers and keeping things accurate ? A collaborative mindset andwillingness to learn in a close-knit team environment
