Full Time Key Responsibilities:

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and records Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information Assist clients in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2, maximum of 10 years of tax and accounting experience CPA certification preferred Strong knowledge of federal, state and local tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Willingness to expand skills and adaptability to change Ability to work well independently and part as a team Strong communication skills with clients and team members Experience in Lacerte Software a plus
