You will also be partof transformative internal processes including but not limited to anew software implementation. Job Details Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field. Commercial Real Estateexperience is required. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) orequivalent certification is preferred. Significant experience inreal estate accounting experience Strong understanding of GenerallyAccepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hands-on experience withaccrual-based, monthly-close processes. Experience with real estatesoftware like Yardi or MRI. Proficiency in real estate accountingsoftware and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational,and communication skills. Experience with lease accountingstandards and regulations, particularly ASC 842. Ability to prepareand analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Familiarity with tax compliance in the real estate industry. Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
