This opportunity entails performing routine cost analysis assignments requiring knowledge of basic cost analysis principles. Preparing and maintaining client budgets for projects/programs. Managing the vetting and recording of costs for projects. Reviewing and analyzing project invoices. Monitoring cost history to develop trends and forecast cost at completion. Establishing and tracking contingency funds.

• What You’ll Do:

• + Reviews, analyzes, and processes invoices and payment applications.

+ Operates budget/cost system, including documenting and tracking changes to budget, commitments, and expenditures. May manage budget/cost function for a small project or portion of a project with direct supervision. + Generates standard and ad hoc reports including budget reports, forecast-at-completion estimates, and other reports under guidance + Tracks project estimate-at-completion (EAC) by recording all potential and actual changes to cost accounts, including change orders, trends, and deviations. + Records transactions related to budget, commitments, expenditures, or forecasts. + Performs other duties as assigned.

• What You’ll Need:

• + Associate’s degree in Construction Management or Accounting, or + In lieu of education, 2 years of relevant experience
