Our client, a growing manufacturer company is hiring a CostAccountant to join their team near their York, PA office. Thisnewly created Cost Accountant position will support the CFO bytaking full ownership of cost accounting functions as the companycontinues to expand. As a Cost Accountant , you’ll work in acollaborative environment with direct access to leadership and theopportunity to shape the role from day one. The ideal CostAccountant will bring strong manufacturing experience, hands-oncost accounting skills, and a proactive mindset. Governmentcontracting (DCAA/FAR) knowledge is a plus but not required.

Cost Accountant Qualifications Needed:

BSdegree in Accounting, Finance, Business 5years cost accountingaccounting experience Manufacturing industry experience preferredProficiency in using various ERPs and Microsoft Excel Strongunderstanding of cost accounting practices and principles Strongattention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills Ability to work independent and also within a team
