Entry Level Accountant 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Hanover, PA 17331 We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile inventory records, purchasing data, and receiving documentation. Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to address discrepancies, delivery schedules, and order updates. Contribute to month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliation. Provide support for accounts payable processes and invoicing/receivable functions. Assist in conducting project margin reviews and performing financial analyses. Work closely with operations, project managers, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Handle administrative tasks as needed to support overall accounting functions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A strong desire to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
