Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; or three to five years of general accounting or auditing experience Proficiency in use of computerized accounting system applications, preference to Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word Proficiency in A.V. Powell FINAID application a plus Limited travel to corporate headquarters is required (Dillsburg, PA) Potential limited travel to community locations may be required

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Analyze FINAID and financial applications for all independent living, personal care ad assisted living prospects provided by the marketing team. Compare FINAID data to the financial application prepared by the prospect to ensure FINAID calculated the prospect’s financial information correctly and accurately. Review all supporting documentation to ensure FINAID agrees to the documentation and is within our acceptable policy date range. Responsible for partnering with PSL marketing team and PSL legal team with applications. Record each prospect, whether financially approved or denied, onto a master spreadsheet for tracking purposes. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the Independent Living Personal Care and Assisted Living quarterly sales incentive calculation spreadsheets. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the annual Independent Living Workbook template at the conclusion of each budget year. Responsible for the accurate and timely review of the annual Schedule of Charges for each Life Plan community during the annual budget process. Responsible for the analytical review of all Personal Care/Assisted Living daily rates and/or independent living monthly fees and tracking of these for all Life Plan communities. Responsible for updating FINAID annually for the newly budgeted monthly fees for independent living as rates change after each budget is finalized.
