Req # 27581 Prepares Journal Entries for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of JEs. Prepares account reconciliations for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of Account Reconciliations (including AnMed Health and Upstate Endoscopy). Also responsible for certain month end AR related schedules. Maintains the General Ledger for AnMed Health and Upstate Endoscopy. Prepares Financial Statements for Upstate Endoscopy. Maintains Non-Patient AR system. Oversees billing process, applies payments and ties detail TB to GL. Acts as liaison with clients to include answering any questions about bills and contacts them if payments are not received in a timely manner. Acts as liaison with other departments who provide information used for the billing. Other billing as necessary. Maintains lease accounting software. Imput lease data, pull related reports and prepare monthly journal entries for lease accounting according to GAAP.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting or related field. 1-3 years experience preferred.
