Key Responsibilities:

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Maintain the general ledger and assist with financial statements. Support audits by preparing and organizing documentation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor accounts payable/receivable activities for accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years accounting experience (construction or industrial sector experience preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
