They are looking for you, an experienced Staff Accountant, to support their Accounting Team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a fast-growing, respected company offering long-term growth.
What you get to do:
- Manage financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Perform and enhance month-end reconciliations and close processes
- Prepare financial reporting packages for final Controller review
- Assist in year-end audits, data requests, and budget preparation
- Maintain and forecast cash flow and monitor compliance with lender covenants
- Utilize Sage Intacct to streamline and improve processes
- Oversee collections for internal rental agreements
What you need to succeed: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience with GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Background in residential homebuilding or construction is a plus
