Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements,maintaining appropriate accounting control procedures. Conduct regular forecasting activities, providing criticalinput to the financial planning and budgeting processes. Develop a comprehensive understanding of aftermarket productsand their impact on the company’s financials. Manage commissions and ensure accurate and timely payouts. Collaborate with various departments, providing financialguidance and leveraging your automotive industry experience topromote company-wide financial understanding andresponsibility. Ensure compliance with all internal policies as well asregulatory requirements. Assist with the preparation of year-end audits and coordinatewith external auditors as necessary. Continually assess our financial procedures and processes,recommending improvements or modifications wherenecessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfield. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferablywithin the automotive industry. Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable,and forecasting. Experience with aftermarket products and understanding theirimpact on the financials. Experience with commission-based compensation plans. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft OfficeSuite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto interact at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing andentering financial information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managingmultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated knowledge of applicable local, state, and federallaws and regulations. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
