Job Description
Our long-term construction client in North Charleston, SC is looking for a Project Coordinator for their growing company. In this role you will be responsible for working with the Project Managers to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. You would be the liaison between the Project Managers and the accounting department. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Position Overview:
Maintain physical files for AP/ AR. Sync QB with bill.com daily and fix any errors that arise Process Invoices through bill.com for payment, Code Payroll and fuel expenses by job Verify expense reports Obtain and file project permits Gather, organize, match & input aggregate & Soil Materials Submit vendor applications Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain site-specific safety data sheets Obtain and file project permits.
Qualifications:
AA in accounting or a related field is preferred 3+ years of general accounting experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required. 1+ years of Construction accounting experience is required. This is an on-site in North Charleston, full time (9:30am-5:30pm M-F) role that is permanent.
Salary:
