As an
- Accountant
- , you’ll be responsible for applying fundamental accounting principles to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and prepare information to be posted to the general ledger. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards.

- What you’ll do as an Accountant
- + Compile, analyze, and record financial data into general ledger accounts, ensuring thorough documentation of business transactions.
+ Allocate expenditures, receipts, encumbrances, and receivables in alignment with established schedules. + Prepare information that will be provided to both internal and external auditors + Evaluate and approve financial transactions within authorized limits, ensuring compliance with internal policies. + Perform reconciliations of both balance sheet and income statement accounts + Investigate, resolve, and correct discrepancies in financial entries, documents, and reports. + Document accounting systems and control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency. + Collect and analyze data to prepare federal, state, and local regulatory reports and tax filings. + Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- What you’ll need
- + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ One to two years of relevant accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. + Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Salary Range $20.00-$22.00
