Role:

You’ll provide core accounting and HR support for a group of small businesses. This role involves daily cash management, A/R and A/P oversight, month-end reporting, and some office administration to keep our team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily cash flow and complete reconciliations across 14+ accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable Support payroll and assist with onboarding new employees Prepare monthly journal entries and financial reports Act as a point of contact for third-party vendors and office matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 3-5 years of accounting experience Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things correctly Clear, effective communication skills
