We arecurrently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented SeniorAccountant to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. Thisposition requires a self-starter who has a strong understanding ofthe commercial real estate industry and is adept at utilizingadvanced MS Excel features such as Pivot Tables, Lookups, and DataTables. The successful candidate will be responsible for thepreparation of portfolio, lease, and occupancy information, alongwith other critical financial data. This role will involve themanagement of journal entries, expenses, accounts payable, and thedevelopment of capital expenditure and depreciation schedules. TheSenior Accountant will also be tasked with setting up jobs andoverseeing financial projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare andanalyze portfolio, lease, and occupancy information, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards andregulations. Manage journal entries, expenses, and accountspayable, ensuring all financial transactions are accuratelyrecorded and processed in a timely manner. Utilize advanced MSExcel features to organize, analyze, and present financial data.

Develop and maintain capital expenditure and depreciationschedules. Set up jobs and oversee financial projects, ensuringthey are completed on time and within budget. Work closely withother members of the Accounting and Finance team to developstrategies for financial growth and stability. Continually assessand improve accounting processes and procedures to increaseefficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years ofexperience in accounting or finance, preferably within thecommercial real estate industry. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel,including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Data Tables. Strongunderstanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proven experience in managing journal entries, expenses, andaccounts payable. Experience in developing capital expenditure anddepreciation schedules. Demonstrated ability to set up jobs andmanage financial projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
