This role offersan excellent opportunity for an accounting professional tocontribute to key financial operations, including reconciliations,reporting, and the month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities:

Prepareand post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financialreporting Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, andgeneral ledger accounts regularly Ensure compliance with internalaccounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Assistin the month-end and year-end close processes, including accrualsand the preparation of financial schedules Support budgeting andforecasting efforts by providing accurate financial data andvariance analysis Maintain and update fixed asset records,including depreciation schedules and related documentation Preparedocumentation and respond to audit inquiries in coordination withexternal auditors Contribute to the preparation of financialstatements and internal management reports Beacon Hill is an equalopportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/orprotected veterans are encouraged to apply.
