Temp-to-Hire Position Responsibilities:
AP Accounting Specialist Process both PO and non-PO accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper sales tax application. Generate and analyze weekly cash requirement reports and wire transfer proposals. Maintain and reconcile the Purchase Receipt Accrual (PRA) report to clear outdated items. Serve as backup for initiating or approving wire transfers and submitting positive pay files. Process employee expense reports and prepare weekly check runs. Record manual checks and wire transactions as needed in a timely manner.
Position Requirements:
AP Accounting Specialist Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance/accounting role. Proficiency with 3-way match invoice entry and accounting software systems. Ability to analyze financial data and reconcile reports with accuracy. Strong communication skills for working cross-functionally and resolving issues. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive financial information confidentially. Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
